ABOUT

After eighteen years of personal yoga practice, Pamela completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2021.

​

Her classes focus on achieving a balance between movement, improving flexibility, and building strength while fostering awareness of the physical and emotional connection, both on and off the mat.

​

As an avid weightlifter, Pamela is enthusiastic about the benefits that yoga can offer athletes across all sports. This includes aiding recovery, preventing injuries, and enhancing mobility and range of movement for sportspersons. Additionally, yoga contributes to increasing longevity for sports performance.

​

Pamela's classes are characterized by strong vinyasa flows, providing practitioners with a wonderful blend of breathwork, movement, and the development of strength, along with improved flexibility.

​

Currently my classes are based at JD Gym Renfrew Fridays & Sundays and at Ralston Sports Centre in Paisley on Saturday mornings. 

​

Pamela offers workshops on introduction to inversions and Chakra Flows with a guided meditation.

​

50hr Yin Yoga teacher training

All yoga training is Yoga Alliance accredited

​

Pamela is currently working towards her Level 3 PT certification.

I offer private one to one yoga lessons for students of all abilities. whether you are completely new to yoga or for students who are experienced but may be looking to work on a specific area of your practice.
